Welcome to the official campaign website for Jeff Tokar, a candidate in the upcoming municipal election in Spruce Grove, Alberta, Canada. This website (“Site”) is operated by the Jeff Tokar for Council Campaign (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.

1. Use of This Site

The Site provides information about Jeff Tokar’s municipal campaign, policy priorities, public appearances, and opportunities for community engagement. You agree to use this Site for lawful purposes only and in accordance with all applicable laws and municipal election regulations.

2. Contributions and Donations

Under Canadian municipal election laws, the rules for campaign contributions vary by province and municipality. By making a contribution through this Site, you confirm that:

• You are a resident of the Province of Alberta or are otherwise eligible to make a contribution under Part 5.1 of the Local Authorities Election Act.

• You are contributing your own funds, not on behalf of another person or entity.

• Your total contributions do not exceed the allowable maximum set by the local election authority ($5000 as of July 21, 2025).

• Contributions are not tax-deductible.

All contributions are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. The campaign will issue receipts for all accepted donations in accordance with applicable municipal requirements.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, images, video, logos, and branding — is the property of the Jeff Tokar for Council Campaign or is used with permission. It may not be reproduced, republished, or distributed without written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use or as otherwise permitted under Canadian copyright laws.

4. Volunteer Submissions and User Content

If you submit content (e.g., testimonials, photos, or volunteer stories) through forms or interactive features on the Site:

• You grant the Jeff Tokar for Council Campaign a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, and publish your content in print, digital, and social media.

• You represent that you own or have permission to share any submitted content and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove or edit any submissions at our discretion.
